‘Ae Watan Mere Watan” Starring Sara Ali Khan Trailer Released; Here's When You Can Watch It On OTT

The trailer of Sara Ali Khan’s film ‘Ae Watan Mere Watan’ has been released on March 4. Inspired by true events, this movie is based on the Quit India Movement of 1942, which shows the story of a very special and different aspect of India’s freedom struggle. You can watch this movie on OTT platform Prime Video this month, know when!

This thriller-drama movie Ae Watan Mere Watan, filled with the spirit of patriotism, has been produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta and Somen Mishra. 

Made under the direction of Kannan Iyer, the story of this film has been written by Iyer and Darab Farooqui. In this, Sara Ali Khan is in the lead role, while with the special guest appearance of Emraan Hashmi, Sachin Khedekar, Abhay Verma, Sparsh Srivastava, Alex O’Neil and Anand Tiwari have played important roles.

‘Ae Watan Mere Watan’ will stream on March 21 in India as well as in 240 countries. Apart from Hindi, you can watch it with Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada dubbing.

From the very first frame, the trailer of this film takes the audience back to the pre-independence era and shows Usha (Sara Ali Khan), a 22-year-old college-girl from Bombay (Mumbai). She secretly runs a radio station in her attempt to help India gain independence, and this radio station becomes the biggest source of fuel to the Quit India Movement. 

Through this character, the courage of the youth of the country, their sacrifices and their ability to face difficulties during the freedom struggle has been shown.
