Akshay Kumar, who has been trying to give a hit since ‘Sooryavanshi’ in the year 2021, has returned to the pavilion. He is returning to comedy horror again. On his birthday, he surprised the fans by sharing the first look of his new film ‘Bhoot Bangla’. It is being made by none other than director Priyadarshan, who made Akshay famous for comedy. Together, both of them have given tremendous comedy films like ‘Hera Pheri’, ‘Bhaagm Bhaag’, Bhool Bhulaiyaa and many more which have been hit movies.
Akshay Kumar, who shared a small glimpse of his film on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, has announced his new film on Monday. He has also shown the first glimpse. The name of his new film is ‘Bhooth Bangla’. Balaji Telefilms Limited is making it in collaboration with ‘Cape of Good Films’. It will be directed by well-known filmmaker Priyadarshan.
It is known that Akshay and Priyadarshan worked together for the first time in the year 2000. Their comedy movie ‘Hera Pheri’ was a huge hit. Its dialogues are still famous. After this, ‘Garam Masala’ in 2005, ‘Bhagam Bhag’ in 2006 and ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’ in 2007 were blockbusters. After that, ‘De Dana Dan’ was made in 2009 and ‘Khatta Meetha’ in 2010. This was the last film of these two together. Priyadarshan made ‘Hungama 2’ in 2021, in which many actors including Shilpa Shetty and Paresh Rawal were seen.
After this, he is now making ‘Bhooth Bangla’ with Akshay. He is working on another film, which is a remake of Oppam. It is being made in Hindi and its name has not been decided yet.
