Pushpa became a runaway hit immediately after it was released. Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa starred Allu Arjun in the leading and titular role while Rashmika Mandanna played his love interest. The film also featured Fahadh Fassil along with other supporting actors. The film broke various records and became the talk of the town in no time. The film’s massive success and fans’ demand made it mandatory for the makers to officially announce the sequel of this superhit movie. The Pushpa team is now gearing up for part 2 which is estimated to go on floors by the end of this year.
On the other hand, Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna have massive popularity among Hindi-speaking audiences. The success of the movie gave a massive push to Allu Arjun’s career. Allu has now become a pan India star, and the actor has hiked his fees to a whopping amount. As reported by Tamil cinema, Allu has hiked his remuneration and is demanding around 100 crores for Pushpa 2.

As per reports, Allu Arjun charged around 30-40 crores for Pushpa whereas director Sukumar charged around 18 crores. Now they both have demanded more for its sequel. The director wishes to charge around 40 crores for Pushpa’s part 2. Moreover, it is also believed that their demands have also been agreed upon by the producers.
It is also reported that film actress Rashmika Mandana too has demanded a hike in her fees. For the first part, she received around 2 crores and for part 2, she is charging a total of 3 crores.

Moreover, the budget for Pushpa 2 has gone up and the latest budget for the Allu Arjun starrer is around 350 crores. The makers are adamant to make the film and will make an unforgettable experience for the audience, whose expectations are already high.
