“Pushpa 2: The Rule” is all set for its blockbuster opening on August 15, 2024. Pushpa 2 is the sequel of Pushpa- The Rise which was released in 2021. This is great news for all Allu Arjun’s loyal fans as the actor took to his official Twitter account and announced the news.
Apart from Allu Arjun, the audience will yet again see Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil showcasing their talents. Helmed by Sukumar, this film is produced by Mythri Movie Makers.
Pushpa part 1 was a major success at the box office. The film won the National Film Awards for Best Actor and Best Movie Director.
Now as per the reports, Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 will be clashing with Ajay Devgn’s Singham Again. Directed by Rohit Shetty, Singham Again is also scheduled for its release on Independence Day, 15 August 2024.
Singham Again will also star Deepika Padukone and Kareena Kapoor Khan this time as its lead actresses. There are also some reports suggesting that Tiger Shroff might join the cast. Also the audience might see Akshay Kumar and Ranveer Singh in cameo scenes playing their roles of Sooryavanshi and Simmba respectively.
Earlier in July, Rohit Shetty in an interview with Pinkvilla, said , “There is still some time before taking Singham Again on floors. We are still finishing Indian Police Force. Once that’s done, we move into Singham Again. There’s still two to three months to start the film.”
He further adds, as quoted by pinkvilla “I am excited for making Singham. I am excited because you will see a different Singham in the film this time. It’s huge, the script has turned out well. It’s unique and it is the most loved character that I know. I am excited that Ajay and I are coming back together on Singham Again.”
Singham and Pushpa, both were the blockbuster hits of their times and the viewers have loved these films. However their clash can affect the success of the other film. Not much has been revealed as of now but it is not sure whether any of the makers will change the dates or not.
