After struggling with various obstacles, the upcoming Punjabi movie Puaada is all set to hit the theatres finally. Yes, the movie will be soon released in the theatres worldwide. Puaada will star Ammy Virk and Sonam Bajwa in lead roles opposite each other. And the movie will be released on 12th August.
Sonam Bajwa took it to her official Instagram account where she shared the poster of the movie and announced the new release date of the movie with the caption,
“Aa rahe haan assi cinemas ch, tussi vi tayaar ho jao apniyaan family naal, on 12th August #Puaada releasing worldwide at theatres near you!!”
Earlier it was scheduled for release on 11th March but was postponed due to unknown reasons and was announced to release on 2nd April. But this also didn’t work out as the makers had to postpone it once again as the COVID cases started to rise.
The trailer and songs of Puaada are out on YouTube already and the fans are really happy to finally witness its release. Since the cases on COVID-19 are decreasing, the government has allowed the functioning of cinemas and multiplexes.
This situation might benefit makers whose movies get released now. The cinema industry has suffered a huge loss during the global pandemic as no movies were released and it affected both the artists and the producers.
