Yes, this actor-director duo from Saunkan Saunkne is finally coming back together for another blockbuster hit movie. While Ammy has already been a part of successful movies like Qismat, Sufna and more, Amarjit Singh Saron has helmed movies like Kala Shah Kala, Honsla Rakh and more. And this time, they both have joined hands for an upcoming Punjabi movie called ‘Jugni 1907’.

Ammy Virk shared the news with his fans as he officially announced the project on his social media handle. He shared an amazing announcement teaser and revealed the film will also star Karamjit Anmol in a pivotal role. Also, Jugni 1907 is scheduled to be released on 10 May 2024.
While announcing the film, director Amarjit Singh Saron also said, “It’s both a privilege and a challenge to work on a film based on historic events. So, I am really excited about Jugni 1907. I hope that through this film, we shall be able to provide our Punjabi cinema lovers with a really special and unforgettable cinematic experience.”
This upcoming Punjabi movie is going to be a period drama movie based on real incidents from history. Its story is penned by Jass Grewal, who we know for movies like Rabb Da Radio, Bajre Da Sitta and more. This project is going to be a very special one and hence it will also be released in Hindi language.
