Bollywood star Janhvi Kapoor recently received a jaw-dropping surprise at her doorstep — a stunning lilac Lamborghini, gifted by none other than her longtime friend, Ananya Birla.
The luxurious car, valued between Rs 4 to 9 crore, was delivered to Janhvi’s Mumbai residence on Friday, April 11, turning heads with its sleek matte finish and bold color. A large lilac-wrapped box accompanied the vehicle, carrying a tag that read: “With love etc. Ananya Birla.”
This extravagant addition joins Janhvi’s already elite collection of wheels, which includes a Toyota Lexus, Mercedes GLE250D, BMW X5, and Mercedes Benz A-Class.
Ananya Birla, known for her entrepreneurial ventures and music career, is the daughter of industrialists Kumar Mangalam Birla and Neerja Birla. Her musical debut began in 2016 with “Livin’ the Life,” and she later made history with her single “Meant to Be,” becoming the first Indian artist to have an English-language song go international.
On the work front, Janhvi is riding high with projects across languages. She recently appeared in the Telugu film Devara: Part 1 and Hindi film Ulajh. She’s currently shooting for Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari and Param Sundari.
Janhvi will also be seen in Homebound, a film selected for the prestigious Un Certain Regard section at Cannes 2025. Directed by Neeraj Ghaywan and backed by Dharma Productions, the film stars Ishaan Khatter and Vishal Jethwa.
