Animal Abuse Video Surfaces On Social Media: Man Beats Dog To Death

Every day, countless cats, dogs and other animals suffer and die at the hands of the very people who are supposed to care for and protect them. Physical violence, emotional abuse and life-threatening neglect are daily realities for many animals. Their only hope is that a kind person will speak up before it’s too late.

Cases of people indulging in animal abuse amid the Covid pandemic have surfaced on social media, which has infuriated animal welfare activists. A case based on such a video went viral, where a man is beating a dog with a bamboo stick who is lying on the farm. The other dog came to rescue him but the man was beating the dog so painfully that even the other dog was not able to support. There is also a person who is filming this and didn’t take any action. The dog suffered injuries and died due to the brutal beating.

For everyone’s safety, it’s vital for law-enforcement officials and communities to treat cases of cruelty to animals seriously and to ensure that animal abusers are appropriately prosecuted and sentenced.
