Annhi Dea Mazaak Ae, a new punjabi comedy film which was continuously making buzz from the time when it was announced has finally hit the big screens today. The film stars the supremely talented Ammy Virk along with the debutant Pari Pandher in the lead roles. We have already watched and analyzed the movie and penned this Annhi Dea Mazaak Ae movie review for you.

If you have watched the trailer of the film or are a punjabi comedy film lover then you must be planning to watch this film too. In such a case, this Annhi Dea Mazaak Ae movie review will help you make up your mind easily.

Story

Beginning our Annhi Dea Mazaak Ae movie review with the synopsis of the story which revolves around Raja (Ammy), who gets blind after meeting with an accident, but before that he fell in love at first sight with Roop (Pari) in a wedding. Raja fled to the UK for the cure of his blind eyes where he unknowingly met Roop again and this time both started loving each other. Will Roop be able to convince her family for Raja? Will Raja be able to see the world again? This is what this movie is all about along with some rib-tickling drama.

Movie’s story is very unique and quirky in nature and we must say it proceeds smoothly and efficiently. Throughout from beginning to ending, the story doesn’t lose its grip and that’s what saves it from becoming a boring stuff despite its stretched length. Overall, we liked the story of the movie which is filled with a number of witty one liners that makes it a delightful watch.

Acting & Performances

After the story, it’s time to talk about the performances of the actors in this Annhi Dea Mazaak Ae movie review. So beginning with the main man of the movie – Ammy Virk. This man never fails to impress you at any occasion. The depth he brings to his characters with the range of acting he possesses is truly appreciable. In this movie, Ammy plays Raja, who is a blind guy and we think portraying a blind man on-screen is a tough job but Ammy pulled it off brilliantly.

After the main man, now it’s time to talk about the leading lady of the film – Pari Pandher, who made her debut with this film and what a performance. Nowhere in the film, Pari acted like it was her first film. Despite having a limited screen time, Pari did a great job as Roop in the film.

The duo of Nasir Chinyoti and Iftikhar Thakur are the soul of this movie. Nasir just nailed his role with his dialogue delivery, just loved it. Similarly, the comic timing of Iftikhar is just too good to be good. Apart from these two, other actors also played their part gracefully without letting any room open for complaints.

Writing & Direction

Coming with an out-of-the-box idea is the USP of Rakesh Dhawan, who again served a delicious storyline to his fans. Not only for the story but the way he managed the highly talented star cast of the film is commendable. Our only concern is the length of the film, which Rakesh could have trimmed down. But as we have mentioned above the access length doesn’t affect the overall storyline which is an absolute win for Rakesh Dhawan & team.

Music & Dialogues

Movie features some very soothing songs. We personally liked Akhian Nimanian by Amrinder Gill the most. However, Kunndi Muchhh and Raakhi are also banger & and a half.

The best thing about this movie is its dialogue that really made every single scene rib-tickling. The witty one liners just took the film to a whole new level. Mad stuff!!
