AP Dhillon’s Documentary To Release On Amazon Prime Video On THIS Date

It was a few months ago when AP Dhillon and Amazon Prime Video, India announced that they are gearing up for an exciting biographical release of the Punjabi artist. However, there were no revelations on the release date or related details. 

But an exciting piece of news has come into the limelight as AP Dhillon has finally announced the release date of much awaited biographical documentary of himself. AP Dhillon: First Of A Kind’ is all set for its release on 18th of August exclusively on Amazon Prime Video. 

Sharing the official announcement regarding the release of AP Dhillon: First Of A Kind, the artist mentioned a heartfelt caption of journey from India to Canada. He shared a throwback video of him playing guitar, which is of the night before he left India to move to Canada and pursue his dreams. ‘A lot of you know my music, but not many know about me and my journey’, mentioned AP in the caption. 

With exclusive access, this docu-series will dive deep into the journey of AP Dhillon and Run-Up Records, as their hit songs transform them into global icons. Produced by PASSION Pictures in association with Wild Sheep Content and Run-Up Records, the four-part docuseries explores AP’s humble beginnings and takes viewers along with him during his rapid ascent in the music industry.

Through exclusive access, the series follows his remarkable journey from Gurdaspur, a small village in the Punjab, to the mountains of British Columbia, Canada, where he has become a renowned global music sensation.

 Through a combination of Dhillon’s personal accounts and interviews with his close-knit circle of family and friends, this series offers a genuine insight into Dhillon’s life, motivations, and journey, taking the viewers deep into Dhillon’s world, following him on a global expedition, both on and off the stage.

The unscripted Amazon Original series will premiere in India and across 240+ countries and territories worldwide on August 18.
