Apurva Asrani shared good news on social media. #LGBTQ

Purchasing a new house with your partner and expressing the feelings about it was never this much beautiful before. On, Friday, Apurva Asrani tweeted his beautiful picture with partner Siddhant, also he shared the pictures of the nameplate of their new home. He complimented these pictures with a heart-melting message.

Apurva is a really talented filmmaker and screenwriter who is known for his editing in Satya, Shahid, and web series, Made in Heaven, his direction in Tera Mera Pyaar, and commendable writing of Aligarh starring Manoj Vajpayee.

His recent tweet is loud enough and explains how he feels nostalgia about his old days. He wrote, “For 13 years we pretended to be cousins so we could rent a home together”. This was written in the context that the Indian society which would never accept a gay couple living nearby them. In the tweet he added, “We were told keep curtains drawn so neighbours don’t know ‘what’ you are. We recently bought our own home. Now we voluntarily tell neighbours we are partners. Its time LGBTQ families are normalised too. 

This tweet revealed just a glimpse of the struggles they faced being a gay couple. But still, we are sure all the time they spent together and fought against problems, it helped them and their relationship grow and become more stronger each time.

It is beautiful to see the support and love they are getting for this post. Also, Apurva said it right, It’s the time, LGBTQ families are normalized too. Team Kiddaan wish them very good luck and hope they will create their most beautiful memories in their this dream home.
