Sapna Choudhary needs no introduction as she is one of the most popular Haryanvi artists and a former Bigg Boss contestant. She always remains the talk of the town in many ways but this time it is not something to be excited about. Sapna Choudhary has been accused of cheating by some organizers.
An arrest warrant has been issued against ex-Bigg Boss contestant Sapna Choudhary lately. If sources are to be believed then Sapna did not perform at an event in 2018 for which she took an advance payment from the organizers. Neither she performed nor did she refund the money paid by the organizers.
The issue has now come into limelight as the organizers have dragged the matter to the court and the actress would be presented before Lucknow’s ACJM court very soon. The Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Shantanu Tyagi has fixed 30 September as the date of hearing. Sapna was meant to appear before the court on 22 August, when she did not show up, an arrest warrant was issued against her.
The incident is likely to be from 13 October 2018, which was from 3-10 PM at the Smriti Upvan whose tickets were sold at the price of Rs 300. However, this is not the first time when the actress has been accused of any such case. A probable arrest warrant was issued by Sapna Choudhary in November 2021, she appeared before the court and later got bail.

Earlier in February 2021, another complaint was registered against Sapna Choudhary on charges of cheating and breach of trust. The case was registered after a celebrity management company filed a complaint against the dancer including her other family members for breach of trust, conspiracy and cheating. Let us now wait for the official statement by the actress or any official regarding the highlighted issue.
