April 18, 2025, marked a joyful milestone for the Kejriwal family as Harshita Kejriwal, daughter of AAP leader and former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Sunita Kejriwal, tied the knot with her long-time partner Sambhav Jain. The wedding took place in an elegant setting at Delhi’s Kapurthala House, a regal venue once home to the Maharaja of Kapurthala.
The celebration was kept intimate, graced by close family and friends, including Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and ex-Deputy CM of Delhi Manish Sisodia. A day earlier, on April 17, the couple celebrated their engagement at the Shangri-La hotel in Delhi. Harshita, the elder of Kejriwal’s two children, holds a Chemical Engineering degree from IIT Delhi-the same institute where she met Sambhav Jain. Their connection, forged during their student years, eventually blossomed into a beautiful bond.
After graduating in 2018, Harshita worked as an Associate Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Gurugram. Recently, she co-founded a wellness-focused startup, Basil Health, with Sambhav. The venture was inspired by her own struggle to eat healthy while navigating corporate life.
A familiar face in AAP campaigns, Harshita has often stood beside her father and mother in their political efforts, showing her strong sense of responsibility toward both family and public life.
