Bhagwan, Allah sab unpar hai: Salman Khan on Threats Linked to Lawrence Bishnoi Case

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has spoken about the ongoing death threats he has been receiving, stating that his fate rests in God’s hands. While promoting his upcoming film Sikandar, he was asked about the threats and responded, “Bhagwan, Allah sab unpar hai. Jitni umar likhi hai, utni likhi hai. Bas yahi hai,” meaning, “It’s all up to God, Allah. What is written is written. That’s all.”

The 59-year-old actor acknowledged the difficulties of living under tight security following threats and a shooting incident near his Mumbai home.

“Sometimes, having to move around with so many people becomes a problem,” he admitted during a press conference held under strict security. He also remarked, “Galaxy, shoot, shoot Galaxy. No detours.”

In April last year, two men on a motorcycle opened fire outside Galaxy Apartments in Bandra, where Khan resides. Investigations later revealed that the attack was meant to intimidate him and was carried out on the orders of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. Bishnoi, currently in a Gujarat prison, harbors a grudge against Khan due to the 1998 blackbuck poaching case, as the Bishnoi community considers blackbucks sacred. Over the years, Khan has received multiple threats linked to the case.

Despite security concerns, the actor remains focused on his professional commitments. His next film, Sikandar, is set for release on Sunday. Directed by AR Murugadoss, the movie features Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, and Sharman Joshi in key roles.
