Bhaiyya Ji Twitter Review: Manoj Bajpayee’s 100th Film Falls Prey To Mixed Reactions

Actor Manoj Bajpayee, who came from a non-film background, left a mark in the acting world on his own strength. Bhaiyya Ji is his hundredth film as an actor and he  is also the producer of this film.

This film of Manoj, who is mostly a part of serious, meaningful and meaningful cinema, is a revenge drama. He has done a lot of action in this. ‘Bhaiyaa Ji’ by Deepak Kingrani and Apoorva Singh Karki, made on a limited budget,  reminds us of the films of the eighties of the last century, when the flame of revenge kept burning in the mind of the hero when injustice was done to his mother, sister or brother.

His mind found peace only after taking revenge from his enemies. During this time, the time spent with his loved one and sweet memories took him back to the past.

Apoorv Singh Karki, who has directed ‘Sirf Ek Banda Kafi Hai’ based on a true incident, has stuck to this worn-out formula in ‘Bhaiyya Ji’. There is no freshness or newness in it. The problem has been in the creation of characters along with the background of the story.

In the teaser of the film, Bhaiya Ji’s bhaukaal was shown, in which there is a talk of killing him, then Bhaiya Ji’s leg moves and his eyes open and everyone runs away. However, his past life in the film is mostly mentioned in the dialogues only.

The burden of the film is mainly on the shoulders of Manoj alone, but he does not seem capable of carrying it. Even though at present many over fifty actors like Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan are doing action, but Manoj has his own special identity and style, which comes in the way.

He gets a lot of opportunity to act on screen in this film, but he does not seem effective in it although Zoya as Mithali looks good in action.

The reason why his character’s weight has increased is beyond comprehension. Suvinder Vicky gained recognition among the Hindi audience with the Kohra web series. In this film, his character is weak at the writing level so even he is not able to handle it.

Bhagirathi Bai definitely looks good in the role of mother. Bhojpuri songs and music have been used in the film. It suits the background of the story, but it is not visible in the characters.
