Bohemia is widely regarded as one of the greatest rappers in the Punjabi Music Industry. Some people even recognize him as the introducer of Hip-Hop culture to Punjab, giving birth to ‘Desi Hip-hop’. Recently, the Punjabi rapper was snapped at the red carpet of the prestigious Grammy Awards, representing Punjabi Music at that global stage.
The 64th Annual Grammy Awards were held on 3 April, 2022 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Bohemia marked his attendance at the prestigious awards. He shared a picture of him posing on the red carpet at the Grammys. He also mentioned about his upcoming album, I am I.C.O.N. (In control of nothing), which is set to be released on 20 April, 2022, in the caption of the post.
For those who don’t know, Grammys in Music are the equivalent of Oscars in the acting field. It is an award presented by the Recording Academy to recognize “Outstanding achievement in the Music Industry” of the United States.
The Grammys are the first of the Big Three Networks’ Annual Major Music Awards, before the Billboard Music Award and the American Music Award. The Grammy is considered one of the four major annual American entertainment awards, along with the Academy Awards (for film achievements), the Emmy Awards (for television achievements), and the Tony Awards (for theater achievements).
