Mike Tyson who is a Boxing legend and has marked his name in Hollywood is going to add a feather in his hat. Tyson is all set to make his Bollywood debut, and it will be for actor Vijay Deverakonda and actress Ananya Panday’s upcoming film ‘Liger’. The makers have made the official announcement, and the buzz around the movie just trebled within minutes.
This upcoming blockbuster will be directed by Puri Jagannadh. Tyson in ‘Liger’ is said to be appearing in a special role and will feature in a major action sequence towards the climax sequence.
Moreover, Karan Johar took to his Twitter handle and posted, “For the first time ever, the king of the ring will be seen on the big screens of Indian cinema.” “Welcome Mike Tyson to the Liger team!” The tweet is accompanied by a video showing Tyson facing off with Devarakonda.
Speaking of the movie ‘Liger’, it also features actors Ramya Krishnan, Ali, Makarand Deshpande, Ronit Roy, Getup Srinu, and Abdul Quadir Amin in pivotal roles. The movie is being shot in Telugu and Hindi simultaneously. Also, it will be dubbed in various other languages as well. It will be released in theatres soon. Further, the movie surely promises breath-taking action but Tyson’s role is still under shadows.
