The man, observed as Sreedhar Bhatt, allegedly appeared semi-naked. Further, news report of Times Of India suggest that it has been brought to the notice up by Indira Jaisingh that the man was visible semi-naked for about 20 minutes at a time when the bench heard PILs filed in connection with the alleged sex CD scandal.

More than 80 people were registered for the hearing at that time. The semi-naked man was visible and not only this, they even found bathing, she said. Indira also complained that she was exposed to it for about 20 minutes and she opined that the act seemed to be intentional.

Further, Chief Justice Ritu Raj Awasthi and Justice Sachin Shankar Magadum, a chief bench said, “It is to be noted that court vide order dated July 27, had restrained any investigation report to be submitted before the competent court without leave of this court. In case the respondent investigating agency wants the report to be placed before a competent court, let an application be filed in this regard.”

Orally the court observed, “If you want to file the report you file an application why should we pass an order without an application before us.”
