Comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa have landed into legal trouble related to the 2020 Drug case. The couple was arrested in 2020 by the Narcotics Central Bureau of Investigation (NCB) in connection with a drug case.
And now, the NCB has filed a 200-page-long charge sheet on the couple. Not only this, but the report also mentions that Bharti and Haarsh have confessed consumption of drugs.

After the raid, NCB said that some amount (86.5 grams) of cannabis was recovered from Bharti and Haarsh’s house. The couple was granted bail after two days by the magistrate court on a bond of ₹15,000 each. The two were booked under sections 20(b)(ii)(A) (involves a small quantity of drugs) and 8(c) (possession of drugs) and 27 (consumption of drugs) of the NDPS Act.

NCB officials confirmed to ANI that both Bharti and Haarsh Limbachiyaa had admitted to consumption of cannabis (ganja). The magistrate court granted bail to Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa on a bond of Rs. 15,000 each. The two were booked under sections 20(b)(ii)(A) (involves small quantity of drugs) and 8(c) (possession of drugs) and 27 (consumption of drugs) of the NDPS Act.

For now, the popular couple has not reacted to the latest news. On the work front, Bharti Singh is currently busy hosting the popular kids’ singing reality show, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champs 2022.
