Amrinder Gill, a normal guy from Punjab, flies to the United Kingdom in search of work and financial stability. He is accompanied by Karamjit Anmol. What follows is a rollercoaster ride that tries to present the hardships that the then-immigrant workers faced in the UK.

The first thing that leaves you in awe is the cinematography, direction and the precision that the team has taken to create a world of the past. Setting a periodic movie is always the most difficult part of it. It isn’t easy to present a world years older. But Chhalla Mud Ke Nahi Aaya team deserves appreciation for the part.
The movie also looks like a perfect blend of comedy and intensity. While the trailer has minor jokes and comedy, we are sure the movie will have plenty of them. Binnu Dhillon, Amrinder Gill and Karamjit Anmol will surely have hilarious moments together. Also the Sargun-Amrinder Chemistry in film is surely going to add a lot more charm in the story. The duo has impressed us earlier in movies like Angrej, Love Punjab and Lahoriye, henc, we have high expectations from this one also. The setting and the story of the movie promises an intense drama movie to the audience.
Overall, Chhalla Mud Ke Nahi Aaya looks like something we haven’t seen in a long time, and something that is crucial for the Punjabi Movie Industry at this stage. Amrinder-Amber have both never disappointed us and we’re sure we aren’t going to be disappointed this time too. The movie releases on 29 July, 2022 worldwide in theatres.
