CM Mann further urged the public to be aware and alert of the nefarious elements’ evil plans to destabilize the state. These forces, according to him, aim to obstruct the state’s peace, prosperity and progress. Though everything can be planted on Punjab’s lush terrain, according to Bhagwant Mann, the seeds of hatred and communalism can never strengthen its root here.

Earlier, accompanied by ASP Maninder Singh, IPS, along with Chief Secretary Vijay Kumar Janjua and Director General of Police Gaurav Yadav, CM Mann saluted the spectacular march past of 11 contingents of the Punjab Police Brass Band, Punjab Home Guards, Punjab Armed Police, NCC Girls and Boys, and the Bharat Scouts and Guides.

On this occasion, children from various schools performed a vibrant variety of cultural activities that included group singing, Gidha, Bhangra, and group dancing. CM Mann also remembered the significant contribution of our great freedom fighters to the nation’s freedom struggle.
