Comedian Anubhav Singh Bassi Now Owns A Basketball Team!

Anubhav Singh Bassi, who is famous for his stand-up videos like, ‘Cheating’, ‘Hostel’ and ‘Waxing’, stepped into another venture in his life now. He has just bought a basketball team for the second season of the Streetball League tournament. 

Streetball league was started in 2019 with its first season in the same year and the idea behind the league emerged from the brothers Rannvijay Singha, Roadies and Splitsvilla host, and his brother Harman Singha, a writer. The owners of the teams of Streetball league includes dancer and choreographer Melvin Louis, MTV VJ Varun Sood & Hemant Manglani, comedian Gursimran Khamba and other entrepreneurs. 

Now, Bassi has joined the table of the owners and now owns a team named Chiller Cheetahs which will be headed by the captain of the team, Sachin Sharma. Anubhav Singh Bassi shared this great piece of news on his social media by thanking the owner of the league, Rannvijay Singha. He bought a basketball team because basketball is love and that he is fond of.

Streetball League is the first ever 3v3 semi-pro basketball league in India. Season 1 of it was a successful one and was won by ‘Hotsteppers’, Women’s division and ‘School Ballers’, Men’s category. Now as the second season is approaching, preparations for the same are high and the final teams and its members are out too. The second season of Streetball League will start in the next 9 days.
