YouTuber Elvish Yadav once again seems to be in trouble. Earlier he was being interrogated due to the Cobra incident case and now another drama has started. A complaint has been filed against the Bigg Boss OTT winner in Varanasi.
According to a report in Times of India, he is allegedly accused of taking photographs inside the Kashi Vishwanath temple. For this reason a police complaint has been registered against him. This complaint has been filed by Advocate Prateek Kumar Singh of Varanasi Sessions Court.

In his letter, the lawyer claimed that Elvish Yadav got photographed in the restricted area of Varanasi Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Since then, questions have been raised about alleged favoritism against officials. Use of mobile phones and cameras is prohibited in the temple premises. Singh has now requested the police officials to take action against Elvish in this case.

However, when he was leaving for office, the press surrounded him and started asking questions. Elvish avoided questions, saying that the matter was in court and he did not want to talk about it. He said that he would know more about it only after talking to ED officials. Elvish said, “I have submitted what they asked for, now they will tell. I can’t repeat the same thing again and again.”
In March this year, Elvish Yadav was arrested by Noida Police for using snake venom. The case was registered under provisions of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972 and criminal conspiracy under section 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
