Delhi: Special Assembly Session On Aug 26! “BJP Offered ₹20 Cr Each To Our 4 MLAs,” Blames AAP

The ongoing political tussle between the Aam Aadmi Party and the Bharatiya Janata Party, seems to raise more now. Moreover, the Aam Aadmi Party has accused the saffron party of offering a bribe of ₹20 crore each to four MLAs of the AAP, in order to topple the Kejriwal government in Delhi.

Party’s national spokesperson and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh, in a press conference, claimed that the Bharatiya Janata Party has offered ₹20 crore each to – Sanjeev Jha, Ajay Dutt, Somnath Bharti and Kuldeep, the four MLAs of the Aam Aadmi Party, accusing that they were being told that the amount would raise upto ₹25 crore if they bring more MLAs with them.

With this, the political temperature of the national capital seems increasing. Furthermore, after the meeting of the political affairs committee of the AAP, party convenor and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has summoned all the AAP MLAs. As per the numbers, the AAP has 62 MLAs in the assembly of 70 in Delhi.

Since the CBI raids at the residence of Deputy CM and senior AAP leader Manish Sisodia, the BJP has been continuously questioning the AAP government over its liquor policy. However, now the AAP has blamed that the BJP is trying to topple the government in Delhi, like it did in Maharashtra.

Manish Sisodia, the deputy CM of Delhi, stated that the BJP approached him, offering him the CM post and withdrawal of all the cases if he joins the BJP. “I am a Rajput, the ‘senapati’ of Arvind Kejriwal. I am not afraid of anyone, would never bow down in front of corruption at any cost,” said Manish Sisodia.

However, the BJP has called it a political stunt of the Aam Aadmi Party to divert the people’s attention from the scam in the Liquor Policy, the Aam Aadmi Party has blamed the BJP of trying to topple the government in Delhi.  Moreover, tomorrow, August 26, the special session of Delhi assembly will be held.
