
Diljit Dosanjh, who has been earning Praises and winning hearts across the world with his live shows, dedicated one of his recent shows in Guwahati to former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. The singer shared a video of his show on Instagram on Sunday. In the video, Diljit paid an emotional tribute to the former Prime Minister and said that he was a decent person who would never respond to anyone in a rude manner.
Diljit said, “Today’s show is dedicated to former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. He lived a very simple life. He would never do or say bad things, which is impossible in a profession like politics.” He then recited a Shayari said by the former PM. The singer urged the youth to learn from it.
Former PM Manmohan Singh died on December 26 after a prolonged illness. Many from the film fraternity mourned his demise and remembered his service and contribution to the nation.
