Diljit Dosanjh’s 1984 Based Movie ‘Jogi’ Gets Release Date

Punjab’s favorite son Diljit Dosanjh has broken the stereotypes in Bollywood representation of a Punjabi. With his outstanding performances whether in Intense films like Udta Punjab or in Comedy movies like Good Newwz, Diljit never failed to entertain the audience. And he is coming again to entertain the audience on OTT this time.

Yes! You heard right, Diljit Dosanjh is making his return to Bollywood with a Netflix movie titled ‘Jogi’ directed by renowned Ali Abbas Zafar. Netflix India shared the poster of Jogi on its Instagram handle. The movie’s brilliant poster features many actors including Diljit in the biggest frame. The poster hints the movie to be an intense drama. Netflix claims this movie to be a gripping Tale of bravery, friendship and hope.

Jogi is penned by Ali Abbas Zafar and Sukhmani Sadana and is produced by Himanshu Kishan Mehra and Ali Abbas Zafar. The movie also stars Mohd. Zeeshan Ayyub, Kumud Mishra, Amyra Dastur, Paresh Pahuja and Hiten Tejwani along with Diljit Dosanjh. Jogi is scheduled to premiere on September 16 on Netflix.
