2021 was the year when the ‘Ranna Ch Dhanna’ movie of Diljit Dosanjh was about to release in the cinemas but unluckily the shoot got delayed because of the COVID situation last year. The announcement regarding this film was made in September 2020, assuring its release in 2021 but it couldn’t be possible because of the obvious reasons.
Now a big revelation from the film’s director and writer’s side has been made about the shooting and releasing of the movie. Amarjit Singh Saron, who has freshly released his directed film ‘Honsla Rakh’ with Diljit Dosanjh has opened up about the much-awaited film of the duo, Ranna Ch Dhanna.
Amarjit Singh posted a picture of the ‘Honsla Rakh’ team in which Diljit Dosanjh and the former can be seen posing together. Just after the post, one curious fan asked the director & writer in the comment section about the update of the much awaited film of him and Diljit which was already announced to be released this year, 2021. To which he replied and revealed that the shooting & filming for the film will be start in the next year, 2022.
We know you were wholeheartedly waiting for some big update from the makers’ sides and finally it is here. We can guess how excited you are at the moment as Ranna Ch Dhanna was awaited for a very long time. It will be a comedy-drama based film with a lot of laughter and fun rides.

Amarjt Singh Saron and Diljit Dosanjh’s first ever movie was Honsla Rakh, which is still in theaters and ruling people’s hearts.
