‘Welcome to Jungle’ starring Akshay Kumar, Raveena Tandon, Sunil Shetty, Arshad Warsi, Farida Jalal, Aftab, Johnny Lever, Disha Patani and others is not discontinued. Rejecting the rumors related to this movie, on Sunday, August 25, director Ahmed Khan dismissed all the rumors and said that the film is on track and 70 percent shooting has also been completed.
In fact, there were reports that the third installment of the multi-starrer franchise, Welcome 3, has been shelved after several delays. Now director Ahmed Khan reacted to the rumours. He said in a statement, There is no truth to these rumours. The film is on track and we are kickstarting our next leg of the marathon schedule internationally from October for which my technical team has already left for the first racce.”.
The makers also shared a picture of the cast and crew from the set, seeing which it is clear that the movie will be released and work is going on that.
According to the makers, 70 percent shooting of ‘Welcome to Jungle’ has been completed. It also stars Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Daler Mehndi, Mika Singh, Mukesh Tiwari, Zakir Hussain, Yashpal Sharma, and actors like Sayaji Shinde, Jackie Shroff and Aftab Shivdasani. It was initially scheduled to be released in December 2024. Which would have clashed with Aamir Khan’s ‘Sitaarein Zameen Par’. But now this movie will come next year.
