Big Boss 13 fame Himanshi Khurana who is a popular actress and model of Punjabi Industry recently expressed her disappointment towards Air India service. Himanshi shared her experience with Air India on her Instagram account and expressed her anger as well. She mentioned that Air India has worst services with most mannerless ground staff.
She wrote, “Don’t ever book air India flight.. normal people are crying and shouting over here their children r crying worst services ever they cancelled flights at last moment when u don’t hv any last resort to reach ur destination.. they r asking people to sleep over chairs.. book another flight koi last option ni passengers ki koi help ni they had mannerless ground staff @airindia (sic).”
She also took this issue to twitter and there she tweeted, “Worst services frm @airindiain. Dey dnt evn hv proper knowledge about their own airline..dey r giving “wahiyaat” accuses to people dat they dnt hv enough aircrafts.. flights bina prior info k early take off kr jaati hai..wo b atleast 4 hrs pehle..or log yha bachon k saath rote h (sic).”
Noticing her anger and disappointment Air India decided to reach out to her and apologise. In response to Himanshi’s tweet, Air India replied “Dear Ms Himanshi, Kindly DM the flight number and issue faced for us to update concerned team for necessary assistance (sic).”
And Air India also updated another tweet saying, “Dear Ms. Khurana , please accept our sincere apologies for this experience. As checked with our Delhi team, checking is done on next flight tomorrow. Our Delhi Airport team will be in touch with you for any assistance required. Please allow us to re earn your trust (sic).”
This online fight of rights and disappointment didn’t end here, because Himanshi took offense to their reply and wrote that it’s not only about her but also about all other passengers who suffered.
Sonu Nigam lashed out at media house The Tribune
“You should pay the expenses to the people.. jo log aaj harass hue hai airport pe.. and still waiting over there for any solution.. kisi ne last moment pe hotel book kiya kisi ne cab… u should pay (sic).”
The netizens shared their comments on the issue and there were users supporting different sides of the story. Even we believe the issue and problem Himanshi raised is relevant and deserves to be heard and worked upon.
