Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra’s troubles seem to be increasing. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has raided Raj Kundra and his other residences and offices in connection with the adult case.
After the case was registered by the ED, now residential premises and offices are being searched. The raid is reportedly related to the production and distribution of pornographic content through mobile applications.
Let us tell you that Raj Kundra was first arrested in July 2021 by the Mumbai Crime Branch under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Information Technology Act. He was later granted bail by a city court.
In February 2021, Mumbai Police raided one of his bungalows in Mud Island. It was being said that adult films were shot at this bungalow and Raj Kundra’s name came up in their making. TV actress Gehana Vasisth’s name had also come up in this case. Raj Kundra had streamed adult videos through the Hotshots app. However, now Apple and Google have removed it from their respective play stores. Raj used to sell adult content to a British company through this app.
Raj was arrested in this case on 19 July. He was accused of making films and distributing them through the app. First he was sent on three-day remand and later this remand was extended to four days.
