Rom-com film No Entry is one of the hit films of 2005 starring Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Fardeen Khan, Bipasha Basu, Celina Jaitley and Lara Dutta in the lead roles. The film directed by Anees Bazmee remains a favorite of the audience even today. After 19 years, producer Boney Kapoor is bringing the sequel of the film.
Boney Kapoor had announced No Entry 2 this year. However, the pairing of Prem (Salman), Kishan (Anil) and Sunny (Fardeen) will not be seen in the film which is not good news for the fans. Yes, Boney Kapoor has replaced the OG cast Salman, Anil and Fardeen with Diljit Dosanjh, Varun Dhawan and Arjun Kapoor.
Recently, Fardeen Khan has given his reaction on not being a part of No Entry 2. In a conversation with Bollywood Hungama, he said, “You should call Boney Kapoor for this. You know this was my first attempt at comedy as an actor, where I had to play a slightly stupid, funny, goofy character, who is very vulnerable and naive. It was very different from the way I see myself.”
Fardeen Khan added, “It really gave me freedom. I was a bit hesitant to do the role but I was able to do it because Boney Kapoor had faith in me. He had seen me do a few scenes in Khushi. He said ‘Fardeen you are right for this role, this’ and I was like ‘Really?’. Because it was a remake of Charlie Chaplin (2002) and my role was played by Prabhu Deva. I portrayed it differently.”
It is known that Fardeen Khan has returned to the big screen after 14 years with the comedy film Khel Khel Mein. Before this, he was seen in Heeramandi. Now he will be seen in the film Visfot.
