The release date of another much-awaited Punjabi film has now finally been announced.
‘Galwakdi’ is a film the audience had been looking for so long. It almost looked like the team vanished after announcing the film but now finally, it is all prepared to make the grand theatrical worldwide release on the last day of the year, 31 December 2021. This year might not have started well, with the pandemic of coronavirus hugely affecting the film industry but is surely going to end on a positive note.

The film stars Tarsem Jassar and Wamia Gabbi in the lead roles, both of whom are some of the most acclaimed actors of the industry. This new year is surely going to be made lovely with this ‘Hug of Love’ or ‘Galwakdi’. The film has been directed by Sharan Art. Manpreet Johal, Ashu Munish Sahni & Aniket Kawade have produced the film.
The romantic story has been written by Randeep Chahal and Jagdeep Singh Warring has made his fair contribution in the film by writing the screenplay and the dialogues of the film. It is a Vehli Janta and Omjee Star Studios presentation. The film’s release date has been announced by making the official poster of the movie public.
Tarsem Jassar also has Mastaney and Rabb Da Radio 3 scheduled after Galwakdi. While the actor is ensuring 2021 ends on the most positive note for him, he’s also gearing up to start the next year with a bang. Wamiqa Gabbi on the other hand is busy playing big moves. She has a couple of Netflix releases planned ahead of her career and has many other projects up her sleeve for her fans. But for the timing, we are about to witness this lovely duo this New Year on 31 December, 2021!
