Reportedly, Kishansinh Solanki was the spokesperson of the BJP till six months back. Furthermore, with an immediate effect, he has been suspended from the party for six years, as per the statement issued by BJP’s Gujarat unit. As per his social media profile, Kishansinh served as a national executive member of BJP’s farmers’ unit.

“On the orders of Bharatiya Janata Party state president CR Paatil, Kishansinh Solanki of Ahmedabad district, is suspended from the party with an immediate effect for six years for anti-party activities,” read the statement by Gujarat BJP. Moreover, it’s clear that he has been suspended for clicking selfie with Punjab CM Mann.

Furthermore, it shows how serious and strict the Bharatiya Janata Party is, against the Aam Aadmi Party. Subsequently, this is for the first time that the Aam Aadmi Party is contesting actively in Gujarat assembly elections, claiming to be the contender of the BJP in the state.

However, the recent opinion polls brought embarrassment for the Aam Aadmi Party. The survey by ABP News CVoter predicted a thumping majority for the BJP, with 135-143 seats, followed by the Indian National Congress with 36-44 seats, and shockingly, just 0-2 seats for the Aam Aadmi Party.

While the Aam Aadmi Party has been making several big claims on its performance in Gujarat, the opinion by ABP News-CVoter has shocked the party. Not only in Gujarat, but even in Himachal Pradesh, the survey predicted just 0-1 seats for the AAP.

Meanwhile, with the suspension of former BJP spokesperson Kishansinh Solanki for clicking a selfie with Punjab CM Mann, the war of words between the AAP and the saffron party seems to increase.
