The year 2020 turned out to be a disastrous year for the film industry, where shootings were hindered and releases had to be postponed and eventually the year had to settle with minimal releases. 2021 is showing good news for the industry. Many projects are being announced and the year’s expected to entertain the viewers.
Another Punjabi film starring Kulwinder Singh Sidhu and Sara Gurpal has been announced. “Gurmukh – The Eyewitness” is all set to release on worldwide screens on 27 August 2021. The movie’s been presented by Rana Ahluwalia’s productions and Pali Bhupinder Singh has directed as well as written the script of the movie himself. The first poster of the movie was shared by the lead actor, Kulwinder Sidhu, on his official Instagram account, on Tuesday. The poster features a hand clenched into a fist with a ‘Karra’ worn on the wrist.
The audience has its eyes on what the industry has in its box for the viewers this year. 2020 has turned people very restless and hence, 2021 has great pressure on itself as being a revival year for all the losses suffered in the last year.
