Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann unveiled the official logo for state-level events marking the Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji 350th martyrdom anniversary. He reiterated that the government will observe the historic occasion with humility and grandeur, highlighting Guru Sahib’s title as Hind Di Chadar – protector of human rights and religious freedom.

Events planned across Punjab and Delhi

A massive Kirtan Darbar will be held in Delhi on October 25, followed by a state-level event at Sri Anandpur Sahib on November 25. Additionally, four Nagar Kirtans will start on November 20 from Jammu, Gurdaspur, Faridkot, and Takht Sri Damdama Sahib. They will converge at Anandpur Sahib on November 22, where events will continue until November 25.

Mann stressed that Anandpur Sahib, deeply connected with Guru Sahib, will remain the centre of the Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji 350th martyrdom anniversary commemorations.
