Popular Bollywood Actress Alia Bhatt seems to be on roll. After garnering immense love and success from her recently released biopic Gangubai Kathiawadi, the actress decided to widen her wings. Alia Bhatt who has purely marked her name in Indian Cinema is set to join the cast of Netflix’s “Heart of Stone”. Not only this, with Heart Of Stone, she will make her Hollywood debut opposite Gal Gadot.
The news has been shared by Analyst Taran Adarsh who took to his Twitter and made a public announcement.
The actress will now be making her Hollywood debut with the Netflix film titled Heart of Stone alongside Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan. The film is directed by Tom Harper, written by Greg Rucka and Allison Schroeder. Skydance’s David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and Don Granger are producing along with Mockingbird’s Bonnie Curtis and Julie Lynn and Pilot Wave’s Gadot and Jaron Varsano. Moreover, the plot details of Heart of Stone have been kept under wraps.
Meanwhile, speaking of her recent release Gangubai Kathiawaidi, the actress tasted success by portraying the chronicles of the journey of Gangubai of Kamathipura, a real-life madam, who rose to be one of the most powerful figures in the Mumbai mafia. Further, the film has crossed the coveted Rs 100 crore mark in the first week of its release.
