One of the finest actors the Punjabi cinema has ever seen, Ammy Virk has now announced another film releasing this year. The singer turned actor announced the Punjabi film ‘Hun Ni Mud’ De Yaar’ through a social media post.
The film has been written and directed by Rakesh Dhawan, the talented artist who has also written the Chal Mera Putt trilogy and Honsla Rakh, starring Diljit Dosanjh, Shehnaaz Gill and Sonam Bajwa. Presented by Ammy Virk Productions, the film will be making its worldwide theatrical release this Diwali, on 4 November, 2021.
The shooting for the film was going on for a long time. Zafri Khan, another actor starring in the film, uploaded a shooting vlog on his official Youtube channel about the film. Ammy Virk revealed in the video the movie will talk about illegal immigrants from Mexico.

The actor played the lead role in one of the first movies to be released after the upliftment of ban on theatres, Puaada. Then he went on to make his Bollywood debut with the film ‘Bhuj : The Pride Of India’. Now, 23 September will mark the release of one of the most anticipated Punjabi movies, Qismat 2. He also has Sher Bagga lined up alongside Sonam Bajwa. Hun Ni Mud De Yaar is another addition to the long list of actor’s upcoming films.
