We couldn’t ever forget the charm of Amrinder Gill and Sargun Mehta in the superhit film, Angrej. The film was a blessing for Punjabi Cinema and also a bliss for all the fans of Amrinder Gill and Punjabi Culture. With a really beautiful story and location the film was a complete unexpected surprise for us all. But do you know, the film had a really strong research background. For making this film a perfect project, the entire team of the film worked real hard. From discussing real love stories with aged people, reading books, watching documentaries, old films and what not? Everything took time and a lot of effort.
And still after so much research, the execution of the finalised idea was a challenge for the team. From costumes, sets, utensils, language and every other small detail was taken proper care of. And that’s why it was made possible to complete the shooting of the film in the limited time of only 40 days.
Other than this, Angrej was also the debut film of Sargun Mehta and Ammy Virk, which helped them both with a super amazing kick start for their acting career in Punjabi Film Industry. We love everything about the film, let us know what you love the most.
