Israel’s Swimmers Dance To Madhuri Dixit’s Superhit Song Aaja Nachle At The Tokyo Olympics

Music has no boundaries. The viral video on the internet from the Tokyo Olympics 2020 says it all. Israeli’s duo swimmers, Eden Blecher and Shelly Bobritsky, decided to perform on the Bollywood song ‘Aaja Nachle’ starring Madhuri Dixit. The duo gave a stellar performance to the Indian song and Netizens couldn’t help but be happy and blow away at the same time.

The duo was competing in the Artistic Swimming Duet Free Routine Preliminary Event at the Tokyo Aquatics Centre, when they performed on the superhit Bollywood song Aaja Nachle. 

The song, Aaja Nachle, is one of the most popular Bollywood songs in the country and it was released almost 13 years ago. Sunidhi Chauhan lent her vocals to the song and the music was given by one of the most prolific duos in the business, Salim-Sulaiman. Piyush Mishra wrote the song and it has a whooping 152 million views on Youtube.

The highlight of the song was Madhuri Dixit’s breathtaking performance in the song. The elegant Bollywood Actress and an even more graceful dancer, Madhuri Dixit flaunted her absolute gorgeous moves in the song.

Israeli swimmers could not stop but move automatically to the irresistible dance song. This also gave Netizens something to cheer about. Watching foreign athletes performing to a song of a language they know nothing about, and that too at the biggest sports stage in the world, the Olympics, was a different feeling for everyone.
