Payal Rajput has earlier shared a BTS from her Photoshoot, in which she somehow knew that she might face trolling and humiliation, which went right. After posting the video, Payal has to face wardrobe malfunction. She has not said anything before but now she was shattered from negative comments.
And while reading some of the comments that were made on her body, she says she plans to go off from social media. According to the reports of Times Of India, Payal says, “I’m afraid to open my Instagram account after looking at the disgusting and cheap comments that are being made. I’m a vulnerable and emotional person and these things do affect me. To see myself on every single meme page and multiple posts and groups is really upsetting,” she says, adding, “My family has also been affected and my mom asked me to leave everything and come back home. But I told her that I’m strong enough to deal with this. I won’t let these creepy, faceless trolls define my career.”

What Payal finds particularly upsetting is the objectification of something which is meant to be normal. “It’s just a nip slip, why are people making such a big deal out of it? We should normalise it instead of turning it into a scandal. People are behaving as if they haven’t seen br*asts or nip*les in their life before. Looking at the comments on social media, I started to wonder if I have something that other women don’t have.”

Not only this, she cleared that, “The original reel that I shared on my Instagram page didn’t have the nip slip, but it looks like one person leaked this video and then it started being shared on other platforms in different ways — some people morphed it, some made the shade darker to make it more visible. It’s disgusting.”
After this, she shows her anguish and requests people to stop objectifying women, “I’m sure people making these cheap comments have mothers and sisters, would they react the same way if this happened to them? These kinds of things happen in the showbiz industry. While modelling certain outfits for shoots, wardrobe malfunctions can happen, it has happened with some of the biggest stars globally. People should appreciate actors for handling such incidents with confidence and grace. Instead they go like ‘Yeh maine dekh liya!’ toh kya tumhe Oscar milna chahiye kya?”.
Though she is known for her bold roles and avatar, here the actress says, “I’ve always looked at myself as a versatile actor and I’m open to playing any kind of character, whether it is a bold role or a poor lady or a damsel in distress. I’m ready to play any role as long as it challenges me. I’m just here to do my job and do justice to the characters that I essay, if the audience gives me a ‘bold actress’ tag for that, so be it. I will keep doing whatever I think is right.”
