The movie has been titled ‘Janjj’ and is set to make its worldwide theatrical release on 29 July, 2022. The movie will be released under the collaborative banner of Ammy Virk Productions and Kisaan Productions. The announcement has been made by Ammy Virk through his social media.

The movie has been directed by Gurpreet Singh Palheri. Jagdeep Sidhu has written the story of the film, who has worked with Ammy Virk for super hit Punjabi movies like Sufna, Qismat and recently Qismat 2. This time, it looks like this movie is going to talk about the farmers’ issue.
Ammy Virk was subjected to a lot of public backlash for allegedly working with anti-farmer forces like production companies, Bollywood and various actors who made negative remarks about the farmers. People of Punjab had turned their backs on Ammy Virk at that point. And with ‘Janjj’ it looks like the actor is finally coming up with a movie on farmers.
