Kaanta Laga Girl Shefali Jariwala Passes Away at 41, Leaves Fans Heartbroken

Actor and model Shefali Jariwala, fondly remembered as the “Kaanta Laga Girl,” has reportedly passed away at the age of 41. According to media reports, Shefali was rushed to Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital in Mumbai on Friday by her husband, actor Parag Tyagi, along with three others. Sadly, hospital staff confirmed that she had already passed away before reaching the hospital.

“Shefali had expired before she was brought in. Her husband and a few others accompanied the body,” said a hospital receptionist, as quoted in early reports. The exact cause of her death is still unknown, and no official statement has been released by the family so far.

Shefali rose to fame in the early 2000s with her unforgettable performance in the hit music video Kaanta Laga. Her bold and energetic presence made her an instant pop culture icon. She later appeared in Mujhse Shaadi Karogi and reality shows like Nach Baliye and Bigg Boss 13.

News of her untimely demise has left fans and colleagues heartbroken. Many are remembering her as a fearless, lively, and unforgettable artist who made a mark with her talent and charm. She is survived by her husband, Parag Tyagi.
