More than the release of movies, Punjabi Film Industry has now witnessed the postponement of release dates in the last two years. The makers of various movies have allotted new release dates to their projects, and the team of Kali Jotta is marking its name in the list for the second time. Starring Neeru Bajwa, Satinder Sartaaj and Wamiqa Gabbi in the lead roles, Kali Jotta was scheduled to hit the theaters on 25th March when announced.

Later its release date was changed and it was set to hit the silver screens on 11 March. But now the makers have changed it, making the final release date of the film fixed as on 17 June. This film has been one of the most awaited films since its announcement as the fans are really keen to witness the onscreen chemistry between Satinder Sartaaj and Neeru Bajwa. Also, this film is a multi-starrer as it also stars Wamiqa in another lead role makes it even more special.
The makers of Kali Jotta have recently released an official poster of the film to treat the fans. In the poster Neeru Bajwa and Satinder Sartaaj are seen twinning outfits and posing happily with each other.
The story of this awaited film has been written by Harinder Kour, and is directed by Vijay Kumar Arora. Produced by Sunny Raj, Varun Arora, Sarla Rani and Santosh Subhash Thite, Kali Jotta will be distributed by Omjee Star Studios.
