The season 7 of Karan Johar’s popular chat show Koffee With Karan is soon going to wrap up. Unlike every other episode of the season, its last episode will be unique and very special. Social media sensations and influencers Tanmay Bhat, Kusha Kapila, Niharika NM and Danish Sait will be seen gracing the show in its 13th episode which eventually is going to be Koffee With Karan Awards.
These internet sensations will be seen questioning Karan about his personal and professional life. And in a sequence, Karan will also be seen expressing his feeling about not being invited to the Vicky-Katrina wedding. Yes, it’s been more than 10 months since the grand fat Indian wedding of Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif, and now Karan Johar has decided to break his silence.

The popular filmmaker will confess that he felt embarrassed about not being invited to his buddies’ wedding. He will quote, “When Vicky and Katrina were getting married, it became very embarrassing for me. It got to a point where people were like you did not tell us about them, you are at the wedding and still not telling us etc! It got very embarrassing to admit that I had not been invited. Then after the wedding came the sympathies and doubts. People were like why weren’t you invited? Is everything ok between you guys?”
Not only this, the sequence will also take another turn where Karan Johar will also reveal that he made peace with the fact that Anurag Kashyap was also not invited to the wedding. He said this because Vicky Kaushal considers Anurag Kashyap his mentor. “When I got to know that Anurag Kashyap had also not been invited to Vicky-Kat’s wedding, I did find a little peace”, said Karan.

Notably, the sensational Vicky-Katrina romance began at Koffee With Karan’s couch where Katrina Kaif had stated that she thinks she and Vicky Kaushal will look great together. When Karan revealed the same to Vicky, he acted as if he fainted and that’s how destiny paired these two superstars with each other.
