Police investigation reveals truth in Karnal firing case at Saga Music

A disturbing incident shocked the music industry when a group of unidentified men opened fire outside the Saga Music office in Alpha City, Karnal. Over 55 rounds were fired at the building during the early hours of October 29, damaging the property but causing no injuries. Police Reveal The Truth Behind The Attack

The police investigation confirmed that the original producers of webseries Daaro, Fateh Singh Chahal, had sold the project to OTT platform KableOne for ₹1 crore under a clear and legally binding contract. All payments were cleared by  Saga Music and KableOne. Saga Music also clarified that neither Saga Music nor KableOne had any financial or personal link with the individuals who carried out the firing. The attack was instead linked to a private dispute between Fateh Singh Chahal and a gangster.

As per the information shared by the Gangster on social media, In 2022, the gangster reportedly gave Chahal ₹3.5 crore to produce Daaro. However, after the web series was sold to the OTT platform, Chahal allegedly failed to return the amount. The gangster, feeling cheated, is believed to have acted through unlawful means to recover the money, leading to the Karnal firing case.

Police have arrested Fateh Singh Chahal from Mohali and taken him on two-day remand. One shooter has also been arrested by the Gurugram Special Task Force (STF) in a separate case and will soon be brought to Karnal for further questioning.
