As per the latest development, two YouTubers from Delhi have been booked for allegedly extorting more than ₹80 lakh from the owner of a private company through honey-trapping and threats to name him in a r*pe case. Reportedly, the accused initially filed a report in August, but when their interim bail was revoked, the victim finally filed a formal complaint on Thursday at Sector 50 police station.

As per the media reports, a 21-year-old guy, resident of Badshahpur, who owns a private advertising company has allegedly complained that he met Naamra Qadir at the Hotel Radisson on Sohna Road some time ago. She was with Qadir and “One Virat” aka Manish Beniwal. The complainant stated that Qadir asked for ₹2 lakh for an advertisement of his business and that he gave the money to him.
Furthermore, after a few days, she asked for an additional ₹50,000, which was sent to her bank account. Moreover, the complainant alleged that after a few days, Qadir revealed she liked him and stated that she wanted to marry him. Additionally, they became close friends and everything was going good till here.
Talking more about it, the private firm owner said, “In August, Manish, Naamra Qadir, and I went out to a bar to celebrate. We arranged to stay there late at night. When I woke up the following morning, Naamra Qadir told me to give her my bank cards and iWatch. Shockingly, she threatened that she would charge me with rape. Manish, alias Virat Beniwal, pointed a firearm at me, claiming that he is Qadir’s husband if I did not pay them money, they would implicate me in a false case.
Following this, they forced me to give them gifts and more than ₹80 lakh. Moreover, when I took ₹5 lakh to give them out of my father’s account, he asked what I needed the money for. Then I told the entire incidence to my father who took me to the police station to file a complaint.”
As per the information, on October 10, the police issued the accused with a notice to join the inquiry; nevertheless, the accused went to a Gurugram court to request temporary bail. which was rejected on November 18. Following which, an FIR was filed at Sector 50 police station on Thursday against the defendants, Naamra Qadir and Manish alias Viart Beniwal, residents of Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi, for violating IPC Sections 34 (common intention), 406 (criminal breach of trust), 506 (criminal intimidation), and 388 (extortion by threatening a person).
