Moose Wala Case: Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann Seeks Canada’s Help To Catch Goldy Brar

Gangster Goldy Brar, the one who claimed the responsibility for the murder of renowned Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala, is on the radar of the Punjab govt now. As per the officials, chief minister Bhagwant Mann has sought the support of the govt of Canada to nab Goldy Brar. On Friday, CM Bhagwant Mann has spoken to  Canadian high commissioner Cameron Mackay, who called on him at his residence.

On May 29, Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead, and gangster Goldy Brar claimed the responsibility for his murder. On the other hand, gangster Lawrence Bishnoi who’s lodged in Tihar Jail, and his entire gang, are on the radar of Punjab Police, for their alleged involvement in Moose Wala’s murder. 

While meeting the Canadian high commissioner, chief minister Bhagwant Mann raised the issue of flourishing gangs and gangsters in India as well as Canada, due to which the peace and harmony in both countries are getting disturbed. As per the media reports, the Punjab govt is planning to nab gangster Goldy Brar from Canada. 

In a tweet, CM Bhagwant added:

“Held a meeting with the High Commissioner of Canadian Affairs to India – Mr @HCCanind, about gangsters living in Canada who are disturbing the atmosphere of the state, and how they can be nabbed, brought to Punjab and strict action can be taken against them.

He considered my request and promised a speedy solution”

Till now, the Punjab police have arrested 10 suspects, including some sharpshooters, for their alleged involvement in Moose Wala’s murder. Now the Punjab govt is eyeing gangster Goldy Brar who’s in Canada.
