Navjot Singh Sidhu is all set to make a grand comeback to comedy as he joins the third season of The Great Indian Kapil Show. The exciting announcement was made by Netflix on Monday, June 9, through their official Instagram handle.
“Ek kursi paaji ke liye please. Har Funnyvaar Badhega Humara Parivaar with the comeback of Navjot Singh Sidhu & Archana Puran Singh. Watch them in the new season of The Great Indian Kapil Show, streaming from 21st June, at 8 PM only on Netflix,” the post read.

Sidhu, a former cricketer turned entertainer, has been a beloved presence on Kapil Sharma’s shows over the years. From Comedy Nights with Kapil to The Kapil Sharma Show, he brought his signature laughter, shayaris, and energy to the screen. However, in 2019, he was replaced by Archana Puran Singh due to political reasons.
Now, fans can look forward to seeing both Sidhu and Archana together in this brand-new season. It’s a homecoming of sorts for Sidhu, who was a core part of Kapil’s comic universe.
The third season will also see the return of fan favourites like Sunil Grover, Krushna Abhishek, and Kiku Sharda, promising even more laughs and madness starting June 21, only on Netflix.
