It’s been only a few days since Nawazuddin Siddiqui filed a defamation suit against his ex-wife Aaliya Siddiqui and brother Shamasuddin Siddiqui. Nawaz’s defamation suit was filed on 20 March 2023, and is worth 100 crores. In the suit, Nawaz accused Aaliya and Shamasuddin for defaming and putting false accusations on him. He also requested the court to permanently refrain the two from making any defamatory remarks on him.
The news had made headlines, and now it is believed that the actor is planning for a settlement. Yes, you read that right. After releasing a lot against each other in public, Nawazzudin Siddiqui and Aaliya Siddiqui might soon settle things between them.

Recently, Aaliya’s lawyer opened up about the case and also revealed that Aaliya has received a settlement proposal from Nawazuddi’s legal team. An exclusive report of ETimes reveals, Aaliya’s lawyer, Rizwan Siddiqui made it clear that Aaliya will not go back to Nawazuddin even if things settle in place well. He said, “No, Aaliya will NEVER go back to Nawaz, but they will certainly do the best for their two children together in a mature way.”
Not only this, but Rizwan also said that Nawazuddin will have to withdraw the defamation suit before any kind of settlement between the two parties. He stated, “As far as the defamation suit filed by Mr. Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the High Court is concerned, I can only say that we have not been served any copy of the same as yet, but in any event the suit was filed prior to the settlement proposed by Mr. Nawazuddin Siddiqui and therefore withdrawal of the same will automatically become an integral part of the settlement.”

For now, Nawazuddin is yet to make any official statement on the same.
