Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has bagged a lead role in the upcoming American film Laxman Lopez. The actor has already proved his caliber in the Bollywood Film Industry with amazing movies like Gangs Of Wasseypur, Paan Singh Tomar, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, etc.
Nawazuddin is now all set to entertain the masses with his performance as the lead in an American movie. Titled Laxman Lopez, the film was successful to impress Nawaz in the first narration. It will be directed by Roberto Girault who has helmed acclaimed movies like La Leyenda Del Diamante, Los Arboles Mueren de Pie and EL Estudiante.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Hollywood movie Laxman Lopez is going to be a Christmas themed movie and will go on floors by the end of this year. While talking about what impressed him the most, the actor said there is not one but multiple reasons.
Siddiqui stated, “For starters, the opportunity to work in a Christmas movie is something very different and immediately had my attention. The director, Roberto Girault, has shown his power and command over the camera, and the way he can unveil new sides to an actor. It is a welcome challenge that I often yearn for. And most importantly, the name, Laxman Lopez, had me instantly curious.”

Roberto also commented on his fortune to find Nawazuddin. The director said, “When I first read the script, I started my search to find the perfect Laxman Lopez and my mind immediately navigated to Nawazuddin. I have seen a few of his works and know that this role will bring out a lesser-known vulnerable side to him.”
